By using Ballistic Buddy ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Ballistic Buddy is provided free of charge as a tool to assist with ballistic calculations, range card generation, and target sheet creation. You are responsible for verifying all outputs before use in the field. The app is provided for informational and planning purposes only.

3. No Data Collection

Ballistic Buddy does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on any server. All data you enter — including range card configurations, group analysis sessions, and app settings — is stored exclusively in your own browser's local storage and never leaves your device unless you explicitly use the optional Google Drive sync feature.

When using Google Drive sync, your data is stored directly in your own Google Drive account using the restricted appDataFolder scope. Ballistic Buddy never receives, sees, or stores that data on any external server. We do not ask for your email address or any other personal information.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

The calculations provided by Ballistic Buddy are estimates based on standard ballistic models. Real-world results will vary due to environmental conditions, equipment, and other factors. The developer accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from reliance on the app's output. Always follow safe and lawful firearms handling practices.

5. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
